60+ Pieces of Content From Recordings He Already Had.
Years of podcast appearances, keynotes and panels, each seen once by the people in the room. Here is what happened when that archive was put back to work, with his real LinkedIn analytics for the twelve months to September 2026.
The material was strong. Almost nobody was seeing it.
Unmesh had years of podcast appearances, keynotes and panels behind him. Every one was recorded, and every one was worth hearing.
Each reached the people in the room and a few dozen replays, then disappeared onto an organiser’s video page. The ideas were there. The distribution was not.
Put the archive back to work
Podcasts, keynotes and panels he had already recorded, turned into a steady stream of posts and clips.
Kept in his own voice
Every clip and post carried his arguments and his way of making them, so it read as Unmesh.
Nothing published without him
Every piece approved before it went out, on a schedule he never had to manage.

A year of steady reach.
81,861 impressions across twelve months, up 10% on the year before. The line climbs month after month without a long flat stretch, which is what a steady publishing schedule produces.

His own network kept showing up.
Most of his impressions came from people who already follow or know him, an audience that recognises his work and keeps coming back to it. The other 39% came from outside his network entirely.

People acted on what they read.
That is a 3.8% engagement rate against 81,861 impressions. The 112 saves stand out: readers filing a post to come back to. Another 145 link engagements, 94 of them through his profile’s custom button, were people clicking through to find out more.

The post that broke out of his network.
Most of his reach came from people who already knew him. His post arguing that healthcare organizations don’t need another disconnected point solution was the exception: 87% of its 7,015 impressions came from outside his network.

The personal post earned the most response.
His interoperability post reached the most people. A post on what being a father has taught him about leadership reached fewer, yet drew 248 engagements from 5,813 impressions against 168 from 7,015. The industry argument travelled further; the personal story got more people to respond.

Three things his archive proved.
Appearances that had already run their course went on to reach people who never saw them live.
The ideas were always strong. They needed a format built for the feed and a steady schedule to travel.
Every piece came from recordings he had already made, so there was nothing new to record or manage.
