Two Healthcare Leaders Who Started Being Found.
Different starting points, the same outcome. One had two decades of operating experience and no footprint. The other had an archive of recordings nobody was watching. Here is what changed, and what it cost them in time.
Track one · Visibility Foundation
Danielle Meldru
The starting point
Two decades inside the payer world, with the operating record to match, and almost no personal presence to show for it. Searching her name surfaced directory listings and a conference bio from a role she had already left. Nothing on that first page told a recruiter or a reporter what she actually knew.
What we did
We built her voice from scratch. A positioning session narrowed her to the payer operations subjects she could speak on with more authority than almost anyone, then a monthly recorded interview turned into personal storytelling grounded in real operating detail rather than industry commentary. In parallel we took control of the search results for her name.
Where it got to
Within six months the trend was unambiguous, and the whole thing ran on one call a month.
Track two · Content Amplifier
Unmesh Srivastava
The starting point
The opposite problem. Years of podcast appearances, keynotes and panels, all of it recorded, and every one of them seen once by the people in the room before disappearing onto an organiser’s video portal. The material was strong. The distribution did not exist.
What we did
We collected the archive, transcribed it, and ranked every segment against his positioning. The strongest material was cut into captioned clips, rewritten into posts that read rather than transcribe, and scheduled across a calendar he approved in a single pass. He recorded nothing new.
Where it got to
One quarter of existing recordings produced a full publishing runway, at a fraction of the time a content programme usually asks for.
Growth figures reflect each engagement’s tracked LinkedIn and Google analytics over the stated period. We will walk you through the full numbers on a call.
What both engagements had in common.
Two very different starting points, three things that held true for both.
Neither engagement asked for more than a couple of hours a month. Anything heavier would have been dropped the first time a board meeting moved.
Every post and clip went out under their name only after they had read it. In both cases that made the difference between something they defended and something they tolerated.
We invented nothing. One had it in her head and needed a way to get it out. The other had it on tape and needed someone to cut it up.
Your name is already being searched. Find out what it returns.
A 30-minute call, and an audit of your current visibility that you keep either way.
